I have developed my method of work and action through participation in European projects, legislative regulation at a statewide level, and public administration. I have extensive and continuous legal training covering the judicial areas of civil and commercial law as well as criminal law, and I have a master's degree in procedural law, commercial law, and family law from the ICAB campus. I have been a family mediator since 2006, and since then in the extensive area of private law where I have continued my formation in the disciplines of dialogue and communication. I am a practicing member of the Mediation Center of the Generalitat de Catalonia and of the Catalan Society of Family Lawyers. I help reach resolution of disputes by de-escalating conflict when possible, while always ensuring the legal process is followed.
